Becoming a Microsoft Global Challenger

Accelerating Digital Transformation and Business Performance

In a time when we are working to digitally transform our customers, we ourselves are also required to transform and change the way we interact with our customers.

Microsoft has chosen Challenger as the customer engagement approach because it's the most effective way to interact with customers, and decision makers to drive conversations and ultimately to win deals.

The Challenger approach focuses and defines how to tailor your message for resonance, teach for differentiation, take control of the decision or buying process, and create constructive tension in your customer engagements to compel your customer act.

Upon completion, participants will be better able to:
  • Identify the different Challenger methods you should use when interacting with customers to increase customer loyalty and be part of a high performing selling team.
  • Prepare for customer conversations using the 3 part Challenger conversation choreography and the 3-3-3 guide to lead the customer to a Microsoft solution.
  • Practice the different aspects of being a Challenger throughout the course so you are prepared to use the methodology with customers after the course.
